Millali Marcano

Millali Marcano supports global manufacturers and sustainability professionals in advancing product transparency in the building industry through the development of HPDs. She leads the development of HPDC’s software and database tools that support product ingredient reporting and material transparency. She also collaborates with architecture firms, research organizations, government procurement teams, and sustainability service providers to explore how HPDC data can support material health programs, regulatory frameworks, and promote data sharing. Millali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and Master’s degrees in Engineering Management and Circular Economy.

IT Project Manager

Hal Thompson

Manages IT projects at HPDC, ensuring that technology infrastructure supports the organization's mission. Hal has extensive experience in software development and enhances efficiency across the team.

Senior Advisor

Tristan Roberts

Sustainability experience, aids in healthy and energy-efficient buildings, involved with HPDC since 2018, background in politics and writing.

Technical Director

Cory White

Experience in safety, health, environmental, energy, and sustainability from Koch Industries, founded a consulting company, degrees in Environmental Public Health and Environmental, Health, and Safety Management.

Marketing Director

Jeff Toffoli

Background in Economics and Computer Science, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, focuses on marketing technology and strategy.

Marketing Assistant

Melanie Rosenblatt

Assists in HPDC’s marketing efforts, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the team. Her role supports the organization’s mission to promote transparency and sustainability in the building industry.

Laura Bertrang
