Materials transparency counts
The 2026 Symposium theme is Materials Transparency Counts. Over 1,200 manufacturers have embraced transparent material health disclosure by publishing HPDs for their products. Many are going to the next step – evolving their products to reduce and eliminate the use of hazardous substances. Working with leadership building projects, these manufacturers are helping architects and designers bring healthier and safer building products into everyday use.
All submissions must be received by November 6, 2026 to be considered for our proceedings. The top 4 submissions will be our All-Star Case Studies – presented live during the Symposium, and recipients of the Materials Transparency All-Star Innovation Award.
