What the HPD label tells you
1
The manufacturer published an HPD
A Health Product Declaration is a full report of what is in a building product, in a standard format.
2
They stand behind it
Publishing an HPD is voluntary. The manufacturer chose to put what is in the product on the public record.
3
You can check it yourself
The QR code opens the published HPD. Nothing to take on faith: scan it and read it.
The HPD label is not a certification, and it is not an endorsement by HPDC. It tells you the manufacturer published an HPD, and it lets you read it.
Choosing products?
Search every published HPD, free. Compare products, check what is in them, and ask your suppliers for the HPD when you can’t find one.
Make products?
Good news: your HPD can now go on your product. Get the label for your published HPDs in HPD Builder, and put it on packaging, data sheets, your website and your booth.
