Taylor Linnell co-founded BuiltCold in 2022 to help federal, state, and local governments implement low-carbon construction programs through better software, data integration, and compliance tools.

His team supports Washington State’s Buy Clean Buy Fair program by connecting the standards, workflows, and material data needed to make compliance more straightforward for agencies and project teams.
